William Smith

Will Smith is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and lives locally with over 30 years worth of experience of the local property market and is the principle of McManus and Poole.

 

Tobias Hartley

Toby has been with the firm for nearly four years. Toby is one of our main valuers of residential property, has a firm grasp of the local market and lives locally. Toby holds various estate agency related qualifications including a technical award gained through the National Association of Estate Agents and is working towards gaining professional qualifications in surveying practice through the College of Estate Management His overall aim is to gain the TechRICS qualification.

 

Richard Briggs

Richard has been with the company for nearly three years and is our senior sales negotiator dealing with all McManus and Poole’s offers and sales on both residential and commercial property. Recently Richard has been working towards gaining professional qualifications in surveying practice through the College of Estate Management and is undertaking the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors structured training programme leading towards the TechRICS qualification.

 

Chrys Rushton

Chrys is our receptionist/negotiator, has lived in Keighley and the surrounding area all her life and has been with the company for approx two years. Chrys has always been interested in property, before working at McManus and Poole Chrys ran her own landscape gardening business and prior to that, Chrys worked at Dysons Estate agency in Bradford as a valuer.

 

Marie Warrington

Marie is celebrating her tenth year with McManus and Poole and has been acting as our residential lettings manager and commercial lettings consultant for six years. Thanks to Marie unrivalled dedication and knowledge of all of things regarding residential lettings, she has helped McManus and Poole grow our letting department to one of the largest and most successful in the area.
